Deadlines

ALL FEES & FINAL ROSTERS: December 12, 2011
(Entries will be handled on a first recieved, first entered basis)

TEAM ROSTERS: All team rosters must be submitted via e-mail.

ADDITIONS: After February 1, 2012 a late fee of $25/gymnast will be assessed.

REFUNDS: Refund requests must be made by February 1, 2012

AA & Event Awards are Based on the number of competitors

Boys
AA & Event Awards are Based on the number of competitors

Team
Team scores are figured using the top 3 competitors per club, per event.

A much appreciated feature of The Rose City Challenge is the separate awards venue which allows awards for the completed session to be distributed quickly and efficiently as warm-ups for the next session are underway.

For Coaches

Equipment
AAI Elite Equipment

Professional Numbers
All coaches will be REQUIRED to show their current Professional
Membership Number prior to receiving the Coaches Packet and
credentials for the event.

Coaches Packets
Coaches must check-in to their first session to get their packets
which will include: Complete meet & session info, Credentials for
coaches, T-shirt vouchers for gymnasts and an RCC program.

Coaches Hospitality Room
Free food at all sessions.

Credentials

Coaches

  • Credentials must be worn to gain admittance into your own competition session and
    must be worn to provide free admission into all other sessions.
  • There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Gymnasts

  • Hand stamps will be given to gymnasts during their check-in
    This hand stamp will allow free admission into all other sessions.
  • There will be no exceptions to this policy.

  • Entries will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis — this means full payment with a complete roster and information to attain entry.
  • Deposits are not necessary and will not hold a spot for your team.
  • ONLY FULL PAYMENT WILL HOLD YOUR TEAMS’ SPOT IN THE MEET!
  • As soon as a session fills up, entries will be cut off.
  • All team rosters must be submitted electronically.
